Matt Wilkinson in new role at Four Pillars Gin Distillery in Healesville

I heard this week that Matt Wilkinson has been appointed Creative Director of the new Healesville based, Four Pillars food range (think gin infused chips and other deliciousness!) and it made me think of the time I photographed him at his Pope Joan restaurant for Time Out.
